Drilling Sawing and drainage at 197 Kings road London SW3 5HD - The Ivy

Works involved cutting drainage runs within the basement area for the provision of services and new kitchen layout. Once cutting was completed we excavated to a depth of 500mm digging by hand for others to lay new drainage. Cutting was carried out using high frequency three phase track saw as we were unable to get a floor saw into the basement due to access. Holes were drilled for services from 52mm to 152mm diameter.
